Mr Harrison, this is Deputy Peter Davis with the Southtown Police Department. If you could, call me back or stop by as soon as possible. There is a matter I need to discuss with you.
I spoke to a James Kirk a couple days ago and he said some rather interesting things about you. I'm personally not inclined to pass judgement on events that happened outside of here, but I would like to hear your side of things.
He claimed that you're mentally unstable and responsible for countless deaths. You also destroyed his ship, no one should trust you as far as they can throw you... Should I go on?
[This isn't exactly typical police etiquette but this isn't a typical place.]
[Conan won't get a reply back for a little while. Khan does send him a text after he's gone to the room and checked for said dismantled explosive. It had been empty when he got there, in more than one way. Nothing here.]
We work well together, and it would benefit us both to be able to coordinate in an emergency without the use of the technician's network.
I propose implanting a symbiotic organism inside you. It would tell me if you are injured or attacked, and you would be able to tell the proximity and general direction of Zerg organisms near you, and if they are engaged in combat.
It would also allow me to reach you telepathically without an active connection.
[ There will come a knocking late in the night. John hates doing this to the Augment but it's the only place he feels he can go. He'd go to the hotel and stay there if it still existed. Running to Khan every time things went pear-shaped was humiliating. But he couldn't stay in that house. And he didn't want to be surrounded by Kerrigan's swarm.
He just... wanted this to stop.
He shushes Agatha in his arms as she whines, looking down at his feet as he waited for Khan to answer the door. ]
[He wasn't quite asleep when he hears knocking. Grabbing his phone to see if he'd received any messages that could tell him who it was... he gets nothing. So he'll just have to go answer the door. In just a pair of pants, the Augment pads to the door, not opening it yet.]
[John barely has to say his name and the door opens, Khan taking a brief moment to look at him. His voice already gave away something having happened. The way he looked only solidified it.
[ John opens his mouth and then closes it. He nods. He looks and feels like hell. And he can't get the image of Sherlock's body covered in blood out of his mind's eye. ]
I'm sorry. I--
[ I didn't know where else to go. He couldn't go anywhere else. People would ask him questions he didn't have any answers to -- and he didn't want any of them to see him like this. It was bad enough Khan has seen him worse off but it's why he trusts to go to Khan in the first place. ]

If I did take your offer, would I be able to remove it easily enough if I wanted?
